Lisa Raggio is co-owner of Santa Clarita based One True North, INC., Leadership and Business Coaching Solutions, with her brother, retired Army Colonel, Paul A. Raggio. She is a certified business coach and nonprofit executive management consultant who serves as Executive Director of the Firefighter Cancer Support Network and as Program Advisor for Veterans Services with Leadership Pasadena.

Lisa is the co-founder and was chair of the Veterans Coalition of Glendale and the Verdugos (VCGV) from 2012 to 2019. The VCGV includes service providers, veterans, VFW and American Legion members, community leaders, state legislators and elected officials from Glendale, Pasadena and Burbank and was instrumental in Glendale and Burbank securing veteran occupants for each city’s first veterans’ housing development at Veterans Village and Burbank Bungalows. In addition, she has served as a member of the Veterans Advisory Committee for Congressman Cardenas of the 29th district; Community College Student Veterans Advisory Committee under Intelecom Learning; the YWCA Regional Advocacy Council; and was co-chair of Glendale’s first collective impact initiative, “We Own the Health of our Community”, comprised of a cross sector of more than 50 community leaders. In addition, she is the co-founder of the Veterans Education Assistance Fund established under the coalition, where she worked with the Veterans’ Resource Centers at local community colleges to support student veterans.

Lisa was responsible for scaling and facilitating an award winning course for post 9/11 Veterans in San Gabriel valley as well as creating the YWCA of Glendale’s "Focus on Female Veterans" initiative/program launched in 2012, recognized as a “Best Practice” program in the 2014 California Department of Veterans Affairs' Women Veterans Outreach Toolkit.

Lisa is honored to have been awarded the Kiwanis Cal Nev Ha Foundation’s Distinguished Service Award in 2018 and the Business Life Women Achievers Award in 2017. Lisa was nominated for the James Irvine Foundation's Leadership Award and the national YWCA USA Advocacy Award in 2014 and was chosen by the national YWCA office to be a VIP guest of the White House and First Lady Obama for a “Champions of Change" event for her work creating programs for female Veterans.

Lisa graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Prior to her work as a Leadership Development and Business Coach and nonprofit executive, Lisa worked for almost 10 years at Nestle USA and Disney as a trainer under Total Quality Management and strategic planning initiatives. Her cross-sector background has shaped her approach to be value based, data driven, community focused, mission minded, fiscally responsible and results oriented.
